How can I place an order?
 Just follow these easy steps to place an order with Hajra Hayat:
  • Sign in to your online account
  • When ordering through the product screen you can enter the quantity of products that you want in the quantity field and click ‘Add to Cart’
  • Clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button will take you to your Shopping Cart screen where you’ll see a list of the products you’ve selected, the price, quantity, subtotals and grand total
  • Once you’ve added all products into your shopping cart, click Proceed to checkout
  • Enter billing and shipping information
  • Provide payment information
  • Review and submit your order
  • Check the Sales Order Summary

Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. The quickest and easiest way to order from us is via our website.  If you are unable to place your order online, you can place your order on WhatsApp. Please mention your order requirements, email address and payment details in the message

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. Hajra Hayat may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

How do I check on the status of my order?
You can visit the order history in your account to check your current order status as well as your previous order history

Why was my order cancelled?
Hajra Hayat was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled. If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
